Booking Policy
​Renewed Beauty & Spa Cancellation & No-Show Policy Why this matters:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late changes limit our ability to serve others.
• Please contact us at 478-333-3676 at least 24 hours before your appoint appointment to make changes or updates.
• If you fail to cancel or reschedule with 24 hours of the scheduled appointment a 20% fee of the scheduled service(s) will be charged.
• No-show (missed appointment without notice): A 20% fee of the scheduled service(s) will be charged.
• Appointments booked over the phone or via social media require $20 Deposit which will be deducted at checkout.​​
• Appointments booked with Bianca Williams require $20 Deposit which will be deducted at checkout.​​ How to Cancel/Reschedule
• Use your booking confirmation link or call/text 478-333-3676 during business hours. Courtesy & Exceptions
• If Renewed Beauty & Spa must cancel for any reason (e.g., severe weather, facility issues), no fee will apply and we’ll assist with prompt rescheduling.
• By booking with Renewed Beauty & Spa, you agree to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
